- The role of SN trainers are to equip RSAF with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently and indigenously develop and deliver EW training to military and civilian Saudi Nationals. The aim of SN Trainers is to become an integral member of the RSAF training team to provide assistance and support the training team with:Develop EW Training Management Plans. Monitoring and assessment of contractor team member s training skills and knowledge. Maintain the EWC Consolidated Training Record. Deliver training courses. Deliver OJT in training delivery to the RSAF. Deliver STS in training delivery to the RSAF. Develop new courses and maintain existing training material. Develop and maintain training processes and procedures. In addition, the post is to carry out any further functions requested by the RSAF training. Instruct and run EWC training courses. Develop Course control Document of the courses.
