Terminal Duty Manager

Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow. • Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow. • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry. • Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance. Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry. • Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. • Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service
