- Read Customers ‘Request for Quotation” and specifications and Estimate the cost of products and solutions using the costing tools.Prepare Scope of Supply, Technical Notes, Deviation List, Spare Parts List and other technically-related documents for quotations.Revise the offers to accommodate clients’ comments whenever required and review with the Tender manager.Preparation of contract reviews and launches the orders to the project team.As the job allows, Explain offer and solution compliance and deviation justification with Sales & CustomersParticipate in techno-commercial discussions with Sales and if needed, with the Customer.Keep track of expected projects in consultation with the Sales Manager.Report Hit rate, offer lifetime for project quoted Communicate with potential suppliers/vendors for non-standard components whenever required
