System Specialist Engineer Arabic for Qatar

Respond Promptly to incidents troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions. .

Follow Systems ROTA and adhere to all operations shifts and SLA. .

Participate in On-Call rotations to address critical infrastructure issues outside of regular business hours. .

Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks. .

Administer and manage cloud services, virtual machines, databases and other PaaS offerings on Azure and GCP. .

Monitor and optimize the performance of IT system services ensuring reliability and responsiveness. .

Manage and optimize cloud storage solutions , including object storage and files storage in Azure and GCP. .

Maintain backup and recovery strategies. .

Follow security best practices mandated by IT Security Team. .

Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, Process and procedures. .

Generate report on cloud system performance security and other relevant metrics.
