The urgency for change has become more heightened amidst increased competitive intensity across all markets in which Ooredoo operates. The Group’s ESS transformation programme must therefore ensure the successful delivery of the transformation in context of: Alignment of the Program objectives with the overall Ooredoo strategy Rapidly changing ICT environment Management of executive and shareholder expectations across the OpCos throughout the transformation Management of employee, customer and supplier expectations. Constant dynamics and local challenges in the economic, regulatory and legal environments. This position will work with the Ooredoo Group Leadership Team, the Opco CEOs and direct reports, the Specialist: Quality and Program Assurance will be accountable to support the successful delivery of SAP ESS Transformation Program ensuring appropriate assurance program. The program aims to implement a unified way of working across Finance, Sourcing and Human Resources with clear roles and responsibilities that eliminates redundancy and promotes efficiency. The role will ensure a coordinated approach throughout Ooredoo, enabling Ooredoo operations to execute their mandates effectively. The Specialist: Quality and Program Assurance will be responsible, as part of the Quality Team, to ensure continuous monitoring of the program's quality and risks at a holistic program level. The role will report into the Director: Program Support and will be subject to Governance via ESS SteerCo and Program Leadership.
