• Develop set of KPIs to monitor the performance of all employees in the assigned areas in the organization collaboration with Head of Departments and Head of Business Units
• Research and recommend key performance indicators to provide better performance management and monitoring
• Organize and run the required workshops and trainings to explain the performance management framework setup whenever needed
• Align Business Goals and Objectives with Performance KPIs by cascading them to Department & Individual levels across the group.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing performance KPIs and develop strategies for enhancing the quality of these KPIs
• Work directly with Head of Departments and Head of Business Units to understand business requirements, define, and document performance goals, KPIs, and metrics
• Develop and maintain internal and management focused, KPI status reporting templates for goals and KPIs setting
