Senior Cargo Training Assistant

About The Role

You will be responsible to deliver initial and recurrent regulatory, job specific, awareness, developmental training in classroom and on the job as required and specified to any staff working in or for the business unit.

• Delivers & facilitates training programs as required for the business unit to ensure compliance in line with the training matrix and the needs within the organization with adult learning technics and learner centered approach.
• Maintains the training modules to ensure that they are up to date, accurate and presentable.
• Ensures the readiness of the training environment including the equipment and the training materials in order to facilitate an effective training.
• Performs and supports any administrative tasks in the department such as updating and maintaining the training records regularly and accurately, collecting feedback forms, preparing reports on periodic basis.
• Actively participates to design and develop the training package including presentation, participant’s book, exercise, written assessment, syllabus, lesson plan based on the best practice and adult learning principles.
• Supports and assists the training team in development & deployment of the learning programs and processes, based on the needs/requirements observed and contribute new ideas.
• Secures, manages and maintains the training equipment, department’s assets and premises.
• Applies processes as per the Training Procedures and Work Instructions Manual.
• Performs other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
