Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer insights program. Design and oversee research initiatives with modern methods that delve into the motivations, behaviors, and emotional landscapes of our target audience.
- Analyze data, identify key human truths, and distill them into actionable insights that inform brand positioning, messaging, and creative development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, strategy, creative, product) to ensure all decisions are grounded in deep consumer understanding and aligned with brand purpose.
