Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a digital transportation ecosystem based out of Dammam, KSA. Our client is looking to hire dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executives to drive the sales ofproducts, solutions and services for growth market in the UAE, Saudi, Egypt etc. and help the businessbuild and establish new relationships with prospective customers as well as managing existing relationships within existing accounts

-Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through best-in-class service quality
-Foster collaboration with operational and commercial key stakeholders, along with road logistics management to optimize the customer experience
-Continuously improve processes and controls for consistent delivery against customer promise
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team to promote, plan and achieve talent identification and people development
-Deliver financial targets and strategic objectives for the operation department
-Act as a liaison between operations team and Fleet outsourced team to scale operations and improve processes
- Identify gaps & implement of processes, optimize existing processes for smooth functioning of the logistics operations
-Devise SOPs and policies for safety and compliance of riders as per authority guidelines
- Proactively collect feedback or share feedbacks to reportees and responsible for tweaking processes to make them scalable, upskill team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and implement mechanisms to ensure cross-functional alignment and addressing escalations, execution of cross products.
-Develop and run regional transportation network and monitor cross-country processes for compliance with regulatory, legal and customs requirements.

- Proactively monitor end-to-end performance, quality and cost to meet and exceed targets




Requirements

- Strong working knowledge and understanding of sales leadership, sales funnel management and distribution channel development.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Minimum of 5-6 years of progressively responsible job-related experience are required, including field, staff, support
- Excellent command of English,Hindi or Urdu, financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and advanced formulas, good communication and coordination skills
- KSA Driving license

- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule.
