Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing the sales department to ensure the achievement of the required goals regularly.
- Develop and implement the strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
- Participate in building relationships with customers and maintaining the provision of services that help gain customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Effective communication, continuous evaluation, and provision of suggestions and promotions.
- Good understanding of the nature of the markets and identifying available sales opportunities.
