As the Sales Coordinator you will be a key member who will be accountable to provide both the Sales & Service team with administrative support, processing orders, maintaining the sales quotations database, creating purchase requisitions and processing invoices. You will support the Regional Business Analytic Operations Manager, providing monthly reports on activity, processing orders, coordinating project delivery and working closely with the finance department to ensure timely order to cash processes. You will also be accountable to support with other administrative tasks as assigned. You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a customer focused attitude which will help to build strong relationship with our global customers. What we look for Required • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent • 3-5 years in Administration or Coordination role • Experience of working in Administration or Coordination role in Building Technology Systems • Strong Computer skills, including MS Office & Outlook • Fluent language skills in English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process oriented and customer focused Preferred • Working knowledge in Salesforce system
