📍Achieve and exceed quarterly goals 📍Lead the charge in introducing Square to merchants in all verticals: retail, food and beverage, professional services, home & repair etc. 📍Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close, maintain strong pipeline hygiene, and partner with other teams to ensure successful onboarding 📍Embrace change and view a shifting landscape as an opportunity to iterate, evolve and improve on your own process and skillset 📍Be an innovative, trusted advisor for both clients and internal partners 📍Successfully collaborate and maintain strong relationships with cross functional partners including SPS, Sales Eng, and Partnerships 📍Ensure product knowledge is up to date through attending all training and spending time learning the products through demo accounts and other resources ## Qualifications You have: 📍4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar quota carrying client-facing role 📍A strong sales process, including clear sourcing strategies (AE/BDR), strong discovery, negotiation, closing skills, and pipeline management 📍Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals 📍Business development experience e.g. hunting and cold calling 📍A collaborative and team player mentality 📍Salesforce experience
