Safety Officer

Hiring Safety Officer in reputed Construction Company • Academic Qualification must in Degree or equivalent to HSE professional with Qatar MOFA attestation. • Professional OHS Qualification Certified by NEBOSH (IGC/NGC). • Preferred to be with professional OHS Qualification certified by IOSH (Managing safety or working safely) / OSHA. • Maximum 04 years of GCC Experience is Mandatory from Construction with a valid experienced certificate. • Willing to relocate job location anywhere in Qatar. • The salary package is QAR 5500/ including accommodation and transportation. Duties and responsibilities: • Inspects the construction site to ensure it is a hazardfree environment. • Conducts toolbox meetings • Project safety council and leads all efforts to enhance safety • Reviews and approves all subcontractor's safety plans • Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies • Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use. • Promotes safe practices at the construction site. • Enforces safety guidelines. • Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations. • Conducts investigations of all accidents and nearmisses. • Reports to concerned authorities as requested or mandated by regulations. • Conducts job hazard analyses.
