Recruitment Specialist

Human Resources Department is Seeking a Recruitment Specialist to assist in organizing and facilitating recruitment & talent acquisition efforts at BMC through sourcing candidates with the pre-established set of knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with BMC goals & objectives; and coordinating with hiring managers and applicants in conducting interviews and various assessment & onboarding efforts towards achieving BMC’s hiring needs promptly and effectively through equitable, transparent, diligent, professional, and best practice hiring processes.

Requirements

Education:

An earned Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Human Resources Management,

Certified training in the specialization is an added value.

Forming the annual reporting for recruitment activities.

Other Requirements:

Preferably to be CIPD, PHRI, SHRM Certified.

Training Courses or Workshops in Talen Management is a plus.

Â.

Actively attending yearly HR summit or seminars conducted locally and globally.
