- Maintain employee records using a well-organized related to filing system to ensure files are up-to- date and compile with legislative requirements.
- Manage the record system within the Public Relations function both on - line and manual applications to ensure that all documents are kept updated and available at all times.
- Provide assistance on all other local affairs/admin activities.
- Responsible for all visa related payments.
- Liaise with other HR staff to ensure the timely processing of all paperwork to ensure the employee’s smooth relocation to Bahrain.
- Be the point of contact for staff and provide assistance in all government relations matters
