Projects HSE Head

• Understand develop, and promote ofCOMPANY’s HSE policy, Safety Culture and Objectives(Incident Free, 10 Golden rules, etc.),

• Providesupport and expertise to packages preparing or executing onshoreoperations to achieve their HSEperformance,

• Ensure that MP HSE ManagementSystem is implemented and that HSE values are understood andadopted by the onshore site,

• Advise Managementon the implementation of risk analysis and management, inprojects:

• Assist MP HSEQ Manager in therealization of the Projects HSE objectivesonshore,

• Highlight and alert MP HSEQ Managerabout identified CONTRACTOR’ deviation from contractualonshore HSE objectives,

• Demonstrate anexemplary behavior regarding HSE rules & requirementsapplication,

• Liaise with otherCOMPANY’s divisions and any stakeholder on HSE issues asrequired,

• Ensure compliance with project andsite safety procedures by EPCcontractors.
