Project Planner

-Review contractual terms & conditions about scope, schedule, PO issuance, invoicing/acceptance and translate these into clearly defined customer deliverables

. -Analyze and align legal impacts including OHS+ EHS and Security and financial impacts associated to the project

-Secure alignment of operational plans & Supply delivery

-Identify main project process requirements, milestones, tollgates and customer inputs then prescribe the correct order and interconnections between them in partnership with CPM. Administer in Erisite tool.

-Identify requirements from reporting perspective Identify and secure the correct operational cadence and critical path for the work package and ensure appropriate planning

-Establish required delivery pace based on FAS scope & durations

-Escalate lack of inputs and/or quality of input required to perform planning work

-Secure specification of project setup in planning tool

-Recommend data driven improvements of the process, to the CPM that will add value to current project or lead to new customer engagements.
