Project manager responsibilities include:
- Define project scope, goals, budget (if any), stakeholders and deliverables.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Ensure project resource availability and allocation.
- Deliver project on time within budget and scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project deliverables & measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Report and escalate risks to management if needed.
