Procurement Engineer - MUQAWLAT KUWAIT

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Engineer to join our team. As a Procurement Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities within our organization. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers negotiating contracts and ensuring timely and costeffective procurement of materials and services. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records tracking inventory levels and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet project requirements. Your expertise in procurement processes and your ability to optimize cost and quality will be crucial in ensuring successful project execution.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans in alignment with project requirements and organizational goals.
• Identify and assess potential suppliers evaluate their capabilities and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and specifications and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance track deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities including contracts purchase orders and supplier information.
• Analyze and report on key procurement metrics such as cost savings supplier performance and inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement and implement appropriate measures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations policies and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
