PR & Events Sales Specialist

Support in developing a communications and sales strategies for private venues and events

Coordinating with the Marketing and Guest Relations teams to ensure compliance with brand marketing plans and communicati ons standards

Conduct research to ensure s ales opportunities are identified Communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout and after the sales journey

Ensure timely and efficient correspondence with clients Set up and attend meetings with potential clien ts to secure bo okings for priv ate venues Achieve and exceed th e sales targets s et by the business Build and maintain sales kits for B2C and B2B Work with graphics and marketing team to create customized collateral for events such as p osters, menus, social media templates

Regularly prep are sales r eports, customer analytics and feedback On-site availability at private events to ensure the experience meets client standards

Coordinating with the social media and creative teams on any public events which require PR & marketing

Build and maintain a data base of a range of clients , including corporate , VIP, creatives , and l uxury businesses Booking and providing venue tours Coordinating events schedule, menus , and musical bookings Work closely with the store, operations and marketing team on advance briefings for all events and activities
