- Coordinate with the Director of Business and Finance regarding public relations announcements and press releases.
- Work closely with the Director of Finance and Business to provide information and articles through the e-newsletter, website and local media.
- Manage the branding program by maintaining print, logo, and color standards in all printed materials and clothing.
- Coordinate with outside designers, photographers and printers who assist with the production of printed materials.
- Create, organize and distribute the e-communications program.
- Create and design advertisements for local area newspapers and magazines, in accordance with the Public Relations plan and timelines.
- Create, design and coordinate printing for cards, and event invitations and programs.
