Responsibilities:

An international School in Qatar is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Physical Education Teacher to join their dedicated faculty. As a PE Teacher you will be responsible for the following:

1. Curriculum Development:
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum that aligns with international standards and promotes holistic wellbeing.
   • Integrate a variety of physical activities sports and fitness components into the curriculum.
2. Instruction:
   • Conduct engaging and inclusive physical education classes fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
   • Provide instruction that emphasizes the importance of physical fitness teamwork and sportsmanship.
3. Extracurricular Activities:
   • Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities events and competitions.
   • Collaborate with students and other teachers to establish and lead sports clubs or teams.
4. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
   • Monitor and assess students physical fitness levels and progress throughout the academic year.
   • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their individual and collective performance.
5. Safety and Wellness:
   • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during physical education classes and activities.
   • Promote healthy lifestyles and physical fitness beyond the classroom through educational initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Full QTS certification
• Proven experience (5 years) in teaching physical education at the secondary level.
• Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
