- Verify, manage and approve payroll transactions, amendments, advance payments, and all other transactions relating to payroll & benefits.
- Compute and process payroll adjustments and corrections, terminations and overtime claims as required.
- Provide information and assistance to staff concerning their entitlements and obligations relating to pension scheme and other employee benefits.
- Manage the effective filing and storage of documentation ensuring record keeping and archiving is maintained in line with compliance requirements.
- Review and action regular Human Resource Information System transactions reports to ensure internal and external audit requirements are achieved.
- Contribute to the development and alignment of business processes that relate to transaction processing.
