Onsite Service Engineer

• Define marketplace operation strategies to facilitate commercial strategy and business growth
  
• Partner with commercial leaders to define and execute platform strategy, policies, processes and business system requirements
  
• Responsible for the P&L of market operations efficiency through cost allocation
  
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders across all teams including commercial, finance, campaign etc to execute the strategies defined
  
• Provide visibility as well as insights into the performance and health of the business including timely performance tracking through dashboards and business reviews
  

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in marketplace operations or 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in top-tier consulting firms
  
• Strong people management skills and the ability to manage and persuade at all levels of the company
  
• Ability to define, develop and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
  
• Structure thinking and analytical skills that can be leveraged to drive planning and execution of initiatives
  
• High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  
• Fluency in English is a must, any additional European language(s) is a plus
