MECHANICAL BIM MODELERS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent understanding of BIM procedures strategies and workflow
• Proficient in Bentley Microstation and Bentley family is a must
• Experience with Revit Navis works or Synchro or any other competitive software would be a plus
• Onsite construction experience would be desirable
• Strong written verbal communication in English is essential
• Create D BIM Models
• Coordinate all aspects for the model (Mechanical HVAC Ff)
• Update the BIM model in a biweekly or monthly basis
• Collaborate with the scheduling department to build and maintain the D BIM model
• Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes
• Manage and coordinate external D presentations to the client
• Revit modeling for mechanical electrical and plumbing disciplines
• Work under direction of design professionals and BIM manager
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines designchanges and model challenges
• Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria
• Follow Revit content standards and development procedures
• May take the lead on developing some disciplinespecific Revit modeling content for project
• Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination meetings
• Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• to years experience in a similar role
• Design experience is required
• BIM Software proficiency should have advanced technical skills in REVIT to be able to create complex modelling
• Experience with Navis works or Synchro or any other competitive software would be desirable
• Familiar with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Experience with Dynamo would be a plus
• MEP system knowledge technical capability of BIM LOD to LOD
• Documentation skills strong documentation skills to produce DD drawings schematics
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit MEP or other BIMrelated training certifications can enhance credibility
