Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on patient acquisition lead generation and ROI optimization.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels including PPC social media advertising display and retargeting.
• Manage budgets effectively ensuring maximum ROI and costefficiency.
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
• Collaborate with content and technical teams to optimize website performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics AdWords and other marketing analytics platforms.
• Prepare regular reports

and present insights to leadership recommending actionable improvements.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising and online lead generation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms analytics and tools.
• Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and others.
• Excellent analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a highperforming team.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
