About Jeeny:

We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group) Rocket Internet and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However in 2016 it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh Jeddah Madinah Dammam Khobar Amman Lahore and Karachi.

About The Role:

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing executing and overseeing marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market. You will work closely with the Marketing Head crossfunctional teams and local partners to ensure the apps messaging campaigns and initiatives resonate effectively with the Saudi audience.

Requirements:

  • Local Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Head and marketing/brand teams to adapt global customer acquisition strategies for the Saudi Arabian market considering cultural nuances and regional trends.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute localized customer acquisition campaigns across various channels emphasizing digital and performance marketing.
  • Audience Targeting: Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing messages and offers to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Localization of Ad Content: Oversee the adaptation of ad creatives copy and landing pages to align with local preferences and trends by the brand department.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior preferences and trends in Saudi Arabia.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for Saudi Arabias customer acquisition efforts ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer acquisition efforts to the CMO sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Innovation: Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and test innovative strategies for effectiveness.
  • Localization Compliance: Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about the Saudi Arabian markets evolving trends and competitors activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters a plus).
  • 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian culture consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful customer acquisition campaigns especially in digital channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and market research techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
