Manager ICT Strategy and Program Governance

Role Summary • To define, develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan . Perform the leadership, facilitation, and application of Governance, Change, Risk, Value and Compliance principles to IT management through an integrated and enterprise-wide governance strategy. • Responsible to define, develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the ICT, in the areas of major events and venue management and supporting ICT Operations • Monitor the performance of the ICT strategic plan to ensure the ICT portfolio supporting the major event in 2022 evolves in alignment with overall tournament hosting strategy • Responsible for providing the Executive Management team with the analysis, insights, and recommendations necessary to proactively address and respond to ICT program Challenges and risk / issues and other inquiries from key stakeholder of 2022. • Define and implement a major events and venues ICT legacy strategy for the host country in alignment with Qatar vision 2030 • Anticipate IT industry future directions in the fields of major events and venue management and apply due diligence in the evolution of ICT portfolio supporting the tournament.
