- The role of covers everything from equipment and component maintenance strategy selection, equipment maintenance cost modelling, life cycle analysis, operational risk management—right through to re-engineering equipment for reliability improvement.
- All maintenance activities and operations are smoothly conducted and that all systems of the facility are appropriately functioning.
- Follow all standard operating procedures of the plant.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities and operations are conducted efficiently.
- Lead team of Technicians and delegating work functions to them.
- Execute Good Manufacturing Practices and Plant policies.
- Should possess strong knowledge and expertise in repair & maintenance of Plant & Machinery.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Diagnosing faults.
