- Managing the day to day operations with the customs brokerage team by ensuring that all the customs activities in terms of clearance procedure completed on-time without anticipating any detention and demurrages.
- Managing Duty exemptions, environmental import permits and other activities with Bahrain customs.
- Closely working with Customs Authority in liaison with customs broker to adopt and implement any newly introduced policies and procedures by government authorities
- Leading the reconciliations process with customs broker for all the advances paid upfront to the customs broker
