- To monitor and track all the import, export and domestics shipments and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to assure that deliveries are done within the agreed lead-time
- Set the monthly logistics activity key dates with all brands supply planners and apply the cut-off dates
- Manage the daily reports from the service providers and do the analyses and fix the reported issues in timely manner
- Build and maintain the logistics database and generate the weekly and monthly logistics cockpit reports for the logistics activities.
- Manage the discrepancies incidents reported by the services providers as per the company's regulations
- Be UP-TO-DATE for the government new regulations and update the relevant logistics operations SOPs
- To get the needed approvals from customs to facilitate the company import and export operations
