Title: Home Infusion Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in the comfort of patients homes. Your main responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patients progress, and providing patient and family education.
Responsibilities include:
Administer intravenous medications and treatments in patients homes
Monitor patients progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
plans
Requirements:
Active RN license
2+ years of experience as an Infusion Nurse
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of infusion therapy, medications, and related equipment
Phlebotomy experience

Requirements
Infusion Core Competencies Requirements:
Critical thinking skills
Phlebotomy
IV placement, including peripheral (PICC- peripherally inserted central-line catheter), Central
line (CVC), and Midline (Midline Catheter Placement).
Dressing changes
At least two (2) years of relevant Infusion experience
