- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on industrial kitchen and laundry equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers, to minimize downtime and extend their lifespan.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions in daily operations.
- Repairs: Execute timely and efficient repairs on faulty equipment, replacing defective parts or components as necessary, to ensure seamless functioning.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repairs, promoting a secure working environment for all employees.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and spare parts inventory to facilitate tracking and reporting.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential issues and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
