- Monitoring the usage of all bank accounts.
- Prepare a statement of fund availability on different banks account and report to management.
- Communicate with bankers in order to obtain any information.
- Evaluate/assess bank charges/commission/interest/ facilities offered by the different financial.
- institutions and assist the management for appropriate selection of financial institutions.
- Monitor and arrange all bank transactions, inter-bank transfer and proper planning for optimum utilization of available balances.
- Prepare cash positions on a daily basis.
- Review periodic cash forecasts and allocate cash to be transferred at the beginning of each period for business requirements.
- Anticipate borrowing needs and available funds for investment.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital investment needs.
- Review the internet banking and provide the statement of account as and when required.
- Handle the foreign exchange rate information, calculation and usage.
- Liaise with bankers/dealers on treasury, banking and settlement matters.
- Receive debit and credit advice from bank and make necessary arrangement for financial appropriation by providing the required information.
