Assisting, orienting, and guiding users on-site physically or remotely via phone or remote connection.

Maintaining, compiling, sorting, and filling records, reports, logs, correspondence, and documentations.

Managing, issuing, ordering, and inventory of hardware, devices and peripherals, licenses, consumables, and other supplies.

Coordinate, communicates, and works well with the teams and management at all levels
