- Grow the Partner Network in the territory by proactively recruiting new qualifying partners to achieve the revenue and market share growth targets.
- Generate demand for Eaton UPS and related products in the market and offer best solutions to address end-user needs with the focus on growing the channel sales pipeline and profitability.
- Implement Eaton Partner Programs, promotions and marketing initiatives for the partners in the territory.
- Facilitate product and sales trainings to our partners sales and pre-sales teams.
- Ensures Partner compliance with Eaton Distribution policies.
- Coordinate with Eaton support teams, including pre-sales, service, and marketing resources, in order to meet or exceed business objectives.
