Location: Riyadh
Years of Experience: 5 7 At least 2 years in a leadership role
Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or computer science information systems or similar.

Job Description:
We are seeking a resultsoriented IT administrator to manage our companys computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues and maintaining our networks and servers. This position serves in a lead role for performing complex technical work in the support of servers applications and databases.
To ensure success as an IT administrator you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.
Job Functions:
- Provides complex technical support in systems administration including installation configuration and maintenance of enterprise software applications databases and servers; researches troubleshoots and resolves problems related to identity management email mobile devices internet issues document management systems availability or performance or related issues; ensures appropriate security measures are in place for individuals and departments; installs and configures network operating systems. Coordinates with help desk staff to ensure documentation is complete and prepares status reports as necessary.
- Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of Systems Administrator staff including prioritizing and assigning work performance management employee relations and related activities.
- Serves as project manager for systemwide upgrades including the conversion and maintenance of the Companys server operating systems; identifies researches and develops solutions for system performance issues.
- Responsible for developing and administering disaster recovery plans related to information systems and identifying system critical data within departments to ensure sustained operations in accordance with the Company Continuity of Operations Plan; develop document management systems and establish and maintain regularly scheduled backups of all stored data as required by specific regulations and policies.
- Evaluate and recommend the acquisition of enterprise systems to meet the companys information technology needs; interface with information systems vendors regarding the acquisition or discontinuance of equipment and maintenance support; schedule system updates and modifications to the information technology environment in a manner that results in minimal disruption of customer services.
- Assesses business needs within departments and develops custom applications in a variety of programming languages to automate repetitive tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
IT Administrators Requirments:
- Requires a bachelors Degree in Information Technology or computer science information systems or similar.
- A 5 7 years of experience in server operating systems and related enterprise software with some lead or supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicable professional qualification such as Microsoft Oracle or Cisco certification.
- Extensive experience with IT systems networks and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
