Job Description: HSE Officer
Location: Al Wakrah
Company: Prime Veritas
Personally responsible for documenting and implementing the companys policies and procedures for HSE standards.
Coordinate with the Admin Officer/GM and develop and maintain HSErelated documents.
Develop implement and maintain the project safety plan
Plan and Implement Zero Tolerance policy
Prepare an emergency plan and conduct mock drills as necessary
Conducting HIRA Documenting and presenting the findings
Conduct safety awareness training for the project personnel.
Continuously monitor site activities to ensure safe working practices
Identify and eliminate safety hazards
Ensure all equipment used in the works are in safe working condition.
Making proper inspection of the workplaces and putting up appropriate sign boards.
Prepare daily and monthly safety reports determine areas of deficiency and conduct risk assessment reports.
Provide information to Management on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to applicable HSE procedures.
Conducting incident investigations of any occupational injury cases reported.
Streamline the provision of PPE and coordinate with procurement for orders placed.
Analyze plan schedule and conduct various HSE training both inhouse and thirdparty
Ensure first aid boxes are replenished with an adequate supply of materials.
Check the status of fire extinguishers on a regular basis report for anomalies.
Authorities:
Authorized to stop the work if any major/minor deviations of unsafely works/ services and HSE violations are being done
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: From QAR3000.00 per month
