Description : Receiving of incident report from the departments and conducting investigations. Responsible for handling Issues including employees for termination, stopped duty, work refusal, Violation of camp policy both male and Female, violation of policy etc. Preparing Warning Letters and maintaining the same in Database for future reference. Accountable for Residency Permit Monitoring. This activity includes Issuance of New RP, Vacation/ Leave Application Renewal, Gate Pass Renewal, Food Handling Medical Renewal, Operational Requirements, Entering and Updating RP to the System Responsible for Shoes and Uniform request for New Employees. Coordinating with Warehouse and Camp for ensuring the employees have received the same. Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of experience on related field College Level Good Computer Skills Good Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills In-country Hire Only Competitive salary will be offered.
