You are a Registered Nurse with a license or eligibility to get a license in UAE, with at least 2 years of experience after graduating.

education & qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification of NLT 3 years’ study duration in Nursing from accredited program;
• Valid BLS certificate;
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience post qualification;
• Available inside UAE with employment or visit visa;
• Valid DOH license or DOH passers/eligibility letter holder;

• Assesses the patient’s condition and family to determine home care needs and identify a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness;
• Develops a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Includes the patient and the family in the planning process;
• Communicates with the physician regarding the patient’s needs and reports any changes in the patient’s condition; obtains/receives physician’s orders as required;
• Monitors the patient’s progress toward goals; collaborates with the multi – disciplinary team to prompt patient safety and compliance to the Plan of Care;
• Initiates appropriate preventive and clinical nursing procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician;
• Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs;
• Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient;
• Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize workload independently;
• To work with members of the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure optimal outcomes for the patient;
• Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations;
• Adheres to dress code; appearance is professional, neat and clean;
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times;
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time;
• Responsible to maintain up to date clinical knowledge and self-directed ongoing education;
• Complies with all organizational policies;
