A reputable Technology-based Provider company is hiring for Head of Business & IT Operations to manage the entire operations for the company and be based in the Kuala Lumpur

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 10 years working experience in the IT industry with more than 5 years leadership experience managing IT employees
  
• Working closely with the Managing Director and Management Teams in setting and driving organisational vision, operational strategy and hiring IT Talents for the company
  
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
  
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes are met
  
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention of the employees (Software Developers, Product Owners, IT Support Specialist, Project Managers and etc)
  
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees, customers, clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
