- Manages, oversees and directs the Strategy Team.
- Delegates financial authority at the levels assigned.
- Strategy and Innovation This function will primarily be tasked with the following: * Planning and implementation of corporate strategic activities * Strategic initiative management * Driving innovation across organization Sustainability Sustainability will be required to assess the environment and social impact of projects and expansions
- Develops and maintains Amiral’s strategic blueprint/framework.
- Demonstrates a flexible and innovative approach to support the vision of Amiral. Establishes ways to maintain progress by overcoming barriers as they arise, driving innovation.
- Drives the development of long-term business and organizational strategy.
