- Head Chef Stunning International Caf ConceptSaudi Arabia Buraydah 2500- 3500 usd tax free basic ExpatWe are needing a highly creative Senior Chef to take on the role as Head Chef for this stunning restaurant property specialising in gourmet breakfasts, desserts the finest coffees imported from around the globe with all the service trimmings All set in an elegant atmosphere provided through interior design, unique furniture dining wear which are specifically designed for this special concept,For this Head Chef role, you will need to be well versed in all areas of the kitchen With special emphasis desserts pastries as this plays a KEY factor next level presentation skills As Head Chef you will be working with seasonal menus that are updated every three months to include new trends, out the box offerings, presentation plating techniques Continual menu contribution required What you ll need:Current Sous Chef or Senior CDP within luxury environmentsStrengths must include pastry dessertsInternational cuisine experience with an emphasis on European, Mediterranean sweetsFull business acumen training capabilities H S and administration
