(Global Petroleum Gas) Maintenance Engineer

• Issuing the turnaround and inspection plan along with operation and specialized vendor for the gas turbine
  
• Carrying out pre-meeting to identify the scope of work and required standard of turbine inspection
  
• Freezing detailed scope of work of upcoming turbine cycle
  
• Following Gates process (gates 1,2 and 3) as per CMS T&I manual
  
• Preparing and reviewing of risk register for small T&I s and tanks
  
• Following up with contractor to prepare/revise JSA and HIPs
  
• Following up with ALPD to review HIP and JSA
  
• Conducting Job-ex meeting and site visit for procuring SFC and MFC
  
• Supporting execution team to review and certify contract invoices
  
• Opening, planning and closing the T&I work orders
  
• Closing any procured contract after completion or extension if expired before completion
  
• Visiting Sites to measure/identify materials for ordering
  
• Identifying long lead materials
  
• Reviewing Technology scope submission for Maintenance activities
  
• Create Purchase requisitions for contracts
  
• Addressing any TILs highlighted by the vendor
  

Requirements

• Should hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Testing, Commissioning and Operation of gas turbines in specific
  
• Adequate skills in condition monitoring, troubleshooting and RCA
  
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Oil and gas process
