Job Summary

As a Communication & Network Specialist you will bring technical expertise in information technology service management data center management supplier and contract management and IT support and maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of Ithras engineering standards and procedures along with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the EndUser Devices Support Unit.
• Oversee Ithra IT Support Services contracts and Telecommunication Services.
• Provide 24x7 support for Data Center Infrastructure and Operations.
• Offer roundtheclock Network Operations Center (NOC) Support.
• Manage Servers Storage and Archive Management Support.
• Ensure Local Area Network (LAN) and WiFi Support Services for Ithra staff and visitors.
• Provide Wide Area Network (WAN) and Outside Plant Network Support Services.
• Support IP Telephony and Radio Communication services.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or IT Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management Data Center Management Networking Infrastructure and IP Telephony.
• At least 5 years experience in contract management.
• General experience in IT Support & Maintenance Account Management and/or Service Delivery Management.
• Certifications in PMP ITIL and COBIT.
