• Ensure sales team performance management, training and retention.
Monitor sales and contribution by customer, product and region on a regular basis and devise strategies to address any variations between actual and budgeted targets.
• Monitor receivables from customers and devise credit control and sales strategies to ensure collection within working capital policies.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and develop plans with marketing and finance to liquidate inventory, where necessary.
• Liaise with Sales Managers to determine appropriate product mix, in line with consumer needs and market demands, and produce accurate purchasing forecasts.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for key accounts (suppliers, agencies, clinics, hospitals, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
