- Coordinating the experts of DB E&C sub consultant in preparation of freight market and logistics market analysis
- Analysis of freight transport and logistics relevant trends, derivation of measures and creation of development scenarios
- Preparation of MCA and CBA including methodology
- Preparation of data collection methodology, review of the design and monitoring framework, carry out a financial management assessment (FMA)
- Design the funds flow and disbarment mechanisms and estimate the investment risk and propose a practical strategy for mitigating the risks
- Carry out economic analysis of improvement options considering the distribution of benefits and costs
- Structured and independent leading of tasks
- Writing reports
