- Experience in mechanical field service environment required.
- Knowledgeable of the process involved in the removal, repair, and installation and commissioning of pumps and their associated equipment desirable.
- Experience in the chemical, power, and/or oil and gas industries.
- Capability to schedule field technicians in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to develop and sustain a vision of technical excellence and customer service that is shared by the entire team.
- Possesses a collaborative style that encourages the free flow of communication, removes obstacles, and promotes problem solving and teamwork.
- Able to remain calm and even tempered in the face of challenges, demands, and deadlines
- Communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing.
- Experience in project planning for complex jobs or events highly valued.
