- Direct and coordinate Lucid’s trade contractors and their subcontractors, when required, to ensure high-quality work that meets the approved project scheduleSupervise the construction of a large project or multiple projects; $175+ million construction project or multiple projects in a Superintendent roleSupervise and develop the project teamManage the project budget for general conditions and site servicesDevelop, document and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the fieldMaintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to be able to coordinate trades, forward looking planning and ability to anticipate potential problems before they arise
