Managing the FM contracts with 100% client satisfaction and reporting to OM/GM on the updates of projects. Responsible for the P&L target achievement, financial reporting as well as the collection. • Assign and schedulework tasks with other facility technicians and distribute work assignments • Managing and Supervising the Soft and/or Hard services staff to perform and deliver their services in accordance with the contract SLAs and/or to meet the PPM and CM targets as per agreed Maintenance schedule. • Ensuring that all staff are strictly adhering to the Project HSE standards and to maintain the communication and coordination with HSE department to provide necessary training, Induction and awareness as deemed required • Managing budgets and controlling Cost and expenses accordingly • Close coordination with the Client representatives to ensure full satisfaction as well as to act upon any concerns or reported issues • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and that All Authorities approval or Certifications are secured • Ensuring that all the contract obligations are fulfilled and abiding by the Communication Protocol set forth in the Project contract • Drafting reports and making written recommendations • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. • Execute equipment audits and recordtaking policies. • Ensure compliance with all security protocols. • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary. • Responsible to conduct regular evaluation of the team's capabilities in order to identify weaknesses and seek necessary improvements (i.e. Training, Replacement,etc.)
